"After two years of planning and 4 Wedding dates Karma was an absolute godsend and without her it would not have been anywhere as slick and stress free an experience, not to mention fun! Karma is one of the most organised people I have ever met and has the perfect character and aptitude for organising weddings with an attention to detail, ability to get the best out of suppliers and guests alike as well as being able to calm anxious brides! Karma worked with us over the two years to confirm and negotiate with all the different suppliers, creating a time line for the day and ensuring everyone was where they were meant to be at the right time. It would have been impossible for us to do this and having Karma in the background meant we didn’t worry about any of the logistics and stress, so we could concentrate on enjoying the day. Karma did numerous site visits to ensure she knew the layout and was extremely conscientious which eased our burden considerably.

Chris and I got married at Wood Farm Barn in Benacre in August. We chose the venue specifically so that we could organise everything ourselves from the caterers through to the tables and chairs. I don’t think we quite appreciated what a big job it was going to be.

We visited the barn one Saturday and Karma was there setting up for a wedding reception. On meeting Karma and seeing her work we immediately decided we wanted Karma to help us. I can’t stress what a great decision this was; Karma is extremely professional yet highly approachable. Karma seems to have a knack of putting people at ease.

Karma was in contact in the months leading up to the wedding, ensuring all the suppliers we had booked were on track and she would be at the venue to co-ordinate everything on the big day. Karma was great in making suggestions and helping with any queries we had. When I was worrying about something, Karma would take over and nothing was ever too much trouble.

On the day of the wedding, I really wasn’t stressing about anything going wrong, I had the utmost faith in Karma. Chris and I had a perfect day and I honestly believe that a big part of this was down to Karma. She went above and beyond, especially on the day, dealing with issues that arose so that I wasn’t bothered by them.

"I want to start by saying a big thank you to Karma for ensuring our wedding day was everything we had hoped for. In the beginning I decided that I wanted to plan every part of our wedding day by myself. However after choosing a venue where we had to source all of the suppliers ourselves I felt hugely overwhelmed by everything and decided that I did need some help.

I got in touch with Karma after finding her online. She immediately made me feel at ease and totally appreciated that I didn’t want to completely hand over the planning to someone else but just needed some guidance. After exchanging a few emails and a chat on the phone Karma had the perfect service to cater for our needs. She would co ordinate our wedding day and be on hand in the months leading up to the day to make sure I kept on track with everything.

Karma kept in touch with me throughout our planning, constantly reassuring me and giving me advice when needed. She then took the reins in the last couple of months dealing with all the suppliers and building a timeline of the day so it ran smoothly. Karma was always available for me to contact with any last minute glitches.

On the day of the wedding I was confident that everything would be perfect, and had no worries about anything at the venue. Our wedding day was amazing.

We later found out there had been some issues behind the scenes that were quickly sorted. This was something that we were totally unaware of which is all down to Karma and her great professionalism. I have already recommended Karma to people we know. Her packages are very reasonably priced and there is something to suit everyone’s needs and requirements. All the little touches that Karma did for us made the difference to our wedding and kept my stress levels at bay."

"I’ll start by saying THANK YOU to the best co coordinator I know ‘Karma McLean’. We were on a really tight budget and everyone kept telling me that due to the size of my wedding (150 ish guests, considered small for a Nigerian wedding lol) I should save the money and do it all myself. I listened and planned the wedding myself with a huge help from the now Husband…did I say I was a lazy bride lol! 2 months to go and work got insanely crazy, out of sheer desperation and lack of sleep leading to my wedding I knew I needed HELP!! Honestly, with the little time I had spare I still thought if I was going to get somebody he/she had to be really good, so i took my time to research - while still insanely manic at work. I found a few but when I got through to Karma, she was not only offering more in her package compared to the others, she was also very AFFORDABLE (win win).
