If you are considering hiring help and advice for your Wedding then a Consultation can be arranged to discuss your ideas, expectations, budget, designs etc. We will talk through the packages on offer and find the best suited for you.

Supply Sourcing
Sourcing Suppliers is very time consuming and with busy lifestyles not everyone has time to source their preferred or most suited Supplier. I can arrange a consultation with you to discuss your ideas and expectations and use my knowledge, experience and research to prepare a list of at least 3 suppliers that best suit your request. With the list I will provide brochures, a small write up and include prices and photographs where necessary. If required a brief meeting can be arranged to discuss further details.

Venue Search
Most couples have pictured their ideal Wedding and have ideas of the location but have neither the time or maybe the knowledge of the area to find their Venue.

A Consultation can be arranged with you to discuss your ideas, desired location, the required size of the Venue etc. I will take this information, search and then prepare a list of at least 3 suppliers that best suit your request. With the list I will provide brochures, a write up and include prices and photographs where necessary. If required a brief meeting can be arranged to discuss further details.

On the Day Coordination (approx 4 weeks)
You have spent hours planning your Wedding and want to enjoy every second of it. A meeting can be arranged with you approximately 4 weeks prior to the Wedding where I will take all the necessary details, contact numbers and suppliers lists. I will prepare a TimeLine for the day and be the sole contact point for all suppliers, thus giving you the time to spend with friends and family on your day.

The Wedding Day Coordination Package will consist of the following:

• Initial Consultation
• Assist with Budget and Time Schedule
• Liaise with all confirmed suppliers e.g. caterer,
  florist, photographer etc
• make sure all suppliers have been paid & understand their
  duty
• Assist with the Clients Ceremony Planning
• Prepare a Wedding TimeLine for the Bride & Groom
• Co-ordinate the Clients Wedding Day and provide a Karma
  Wedding!

Partial Planning (3-6 months)
You’ve booked your suppliers and just about had enough of contacting venues, changing table plans and keeping up appointments. I can help.

Between 3-6 months before the Wedding a Consultation can be arranged where we can discuss your plans and where I can take Contact and Suppliers details. I will attend appointments and carry out all further arrangements right through to and including the Wedding Day.

Partial Planning Package consists of the following:

• Initial Consultation
• Assist with Budget and Time Schedule
• Update Clients with supplier payment dates on a regular
  basis
• Assist with the Clients Ceremony Planning
• Assist with seating plans, name places and Designs
• Attend and oversee Clients Wedding Rehersals
• Liaise with Suppliers and plan the reception
• Prepare a Wedding TimeLine for the Bride & Groom
• Co-ordinate the Clients Wedding Day and provide a Karma

Complete Wedding Coordination
You’re engaged and dreaming about your big Day and wondering how on earth you will find the time to plan everything. With my experience, knowledge and enthusiasm I can Fully Coordinate your Wedding from beginning to end. I will dress hunt for or with you, visit Venues for or with you, book suppliers for you, Create your perfect Day with you and attend your Wedding Day as the sole contact point for all suppliers. I will make your sure your day is a Karma Wedding.

Complete Wedding Coordination consists of the following:

• Initial Consultation
• Assist with Wedding budget and TimeLine
• Assist with Wedding budget and Time Schedule
• Find, negotiate and book a suitable supplier (e.g. caterer,
  florist, photographer)
• Update Clients with supplier payment dates on a regular
  basis
• Assist with colour scheme, theme, style, wedding attire
  and accessories
• Assist with the Ceremony Planning
